Favorite Design Review: Sunshine City Lassie

Here's another little peek into the design side of my world. This is a collection of banners I put together for Sunshine City Lassie. A fantastic place to get some vintage finds.

She went with the first design that reflected her fun, kitschy
feel. We even made up some matching address labels.

The right image can speak volumes for your business. Print your banner or avatar and use them as thank you notes or packaging toppers. Get the most out of your design and your money!

Hugs and Kisses Freezer Bag from Inklore

The entire Footnotes Collection* from Old Tom Foolery

Woodgrain Belt in blue from Cosmonaut

Go Make Something - The Poppies are Here!

Well, after a very long winter I think Little Story is ready to emerge for Spring. The past season has been full of creative work for me but I've had very little time for my own pursuits. I've stored up all these ideas like little seeds of inspiration and since the weather has thawed I think it's time to let some of them grow. I'll be sharing lots of projects with you that cost little or nothing to do. I hope you find your own inspiration and I'd love to see what you're making this spring. Feel free to leave a comment or drop me a line at littlestorydesigns@gmail.com.

Here in California the poppies out. I can't think of a happier flower and they inspired a little furniture redo. The new poppies in my house are a bit blue-er but no less cheerful I think. It's amazing what 99 cents of paint can do!
